    Rock Infotech Limited is a Computer & Network Security company, looking for a Fresher Ticket Executive Customer Service WFH to join our team. As a Ticket Executive, you will be responsible for providing prompt and accurate responses to client tickets. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with excellent communication skills, able to multi-task and work collaboratively in a team-based environment. This is a work from home position.





    Responsibilities



    • Respond promptly and accurately to client tickets via email or live chat
    • Work collaboratively with the team to escalate and resolve issues within the defined service level agreements
    • Maintain and update clients' records in the ticketing system
    • Provide guidance and assistance to clients with technical issues related to our products and services
    • Adhere to defined customer service levels and quality standards
    • Review issues and suggestions made by clients, identify recurring issues, and escalate to the appropriate department for resolution
    • Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction with the solutions provided


    Requirements



    • Bachelor's or Associates degree in Computer Science or related field
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-based environment
    • High level of attention to detail and accuracy
    • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
    • Knowledge of ticketing tools and customer service platforms
    • Familiarity with computer and network security concepts and best practices
